The liver, gall bladder, stomach, kidneys, bladder and spleen areas are our nurturing centers of the body.

When food is not digested properly through the nourishing center, the body does not get nourished. Hence, deficiencies begin to occur. This is why healing the nurturing center is the most important part of beginning the healing process. The most common deficiencies I find when we are not digesting properly are one or more of the B-complex vitamins, Vitamin E and the minerals Magnesium and Calcium. This would account for It is the B-Complex that handles our energy, our stress levels and our ability to sleep. The more deficient in this essential vitamin complex, the more symptoms you will manifest.

Vitamin E is essential to healthy arteries, as well as the skin and brain. When the gall bladder is not functioning properly, Vitamin E is very hard to absorb even with taking a vitamin E supplement. And need we say more about calcium and magnesium? The problem with calcium and magnesium is not how much we get in our diets, but how efficiently we absorb it. The same is true for all nutrients.

Absorption is key. The problem with America is that we have been made to believe that dairy is our only source of calcium. This is so far from the truth. Although dairy is very high in calcium, it is also very high in proteins that tend to be indigestible to the human body... hence, the high amounts of calcium never get absorbed, thereby creating a deficiency. Let's keep in mind that cows have four stomachs, a feat that most of us do not possess. So why should cow's milk be so digestible to the human body. In reality, it's not. It can cause great problems to the body including digestive upsets, cramping, and diarrhea as well as sinus and mucous problems.

So, where should we get our calcium and magneisum? Seeds, nuts, fresh dark green herbs and bitter, leafy greens (the more bitter the better). Seeds are the easiest source. According to muscle testing, 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. of sesame or poppy seeds daily will give you all the calcium necessary for absorption if the digestion/filtration system is working properly. Or simply try eating three almonds a day. Although they don't appear exceptionally high in calcium or magnesium, the absorption rate is wonderful if you get your digestion working.Nature did not make this hard for us... we did. By the choices we made in determining what is good for our body. Try it.. you're gonna love it. Keep a jar of sesame seeds on your kitchen counter and simply sprinkle a few each day on your morning meal. Or grab a small handful of almonds for your afternoon snack. The seeds will also give you your needed amounts of Vitamin E on a daily basis as well as unsaturated fatty acids, magnesium, potassium, phosphorous and zinc. What's better than that?

For those who are extremely thin and have a hard time putting weight on, a diet that includes goat yogurt, goat cheese or goat milk may be extremely beneficial. Goat products give you the benefit of a good fat and protein that is very digestible to most of us. Sheep products can also be used. For a B-complex deficiency, a yeast-free high B-complex (50 to 100 mgs. daily) will assist the body in handling this problem.

Also, make informed decisions to reduce your stress in your life. Although most of us don't want to admit it, we are ultimately responsible for our own stress and as we have found in life, only the one responsible can change it. Take this responsibility seriously.

The list of glands and organs explains further symptoms that may appear should the specific gland or organ not be working efficiently. There is also a basic description of their primary use along with the foods to avoid and the possible herbs to use to begin the healing process.

I have also included a listing of the emotions associated with each problem and the flower essence, which could help balance this particular emotion. If you do not recognize yourself as having this negative emotional imbalance, don't just jump into the flower. Instead, recognize how you do feel and begin with a more appropriate flower for you to begin peeling your layers of emotion. As you peel emotional layers, you will start to recognize the different emotions you have been stuffing and eventually, you will get to the original imbalance, which caused the condition to begin with.

(Refer to our website section entitled, "Healing the emotions with flower essences for further information.)Linda Wojcik, Nutritional Kinesiologist, Spiritual Intuitive, Flower Practitionerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04251077534080796063noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6236727520969852036.post-31687410442998522222008-12-07T19:13:00.001-05:002012-08-24T11:08:15.708-04:00The StomachAcidic conditions are rampant in America, mainly because we abuse the foods that cause the condition. With an acid stomach there will always be lots of gas. When it gets really out of control, heartburn may develop. Those who have chronic stomach issues tend to have a nervous and fearful constitution. There is a good reason for this; fear is acidic.

Foods to avoid to heal the Stomach
No oranges, orange juice or caffeine. Substitute with coffee substitutes, herbal teas, and pure water and very small amounts of other juices! Remember, essentially, all we really need to drink is pure water. The rest should be used sparingly.

Herbs and supplements that are beneficial to the Stomach
My favorites include aloe vera gel, which comes in capsules or liquid form. This will coat the stomach and assist in healing. Another favorite is marshmallow, which will also coat the stomach and comes in capsule or bulk tea form. Whichever you decide, start with a dose at every meal in the beginning until relief is experienced and then back off slowly to two times a day and finally just once per day for quite some time, until you feel your are healing the problem.

There is also a tissue salt that is a favorite called Natrum Phosphate. The tissue salts all have a direct effect on healing, and it is Natrum Phosphate's job to balance out the body's acidity. These are small homeopathic pellets that may need to be taken frequently in the beginning (4 pellets 3 or 4 times a day) and then again, backed off slowly until you are down to one dose per day. This type of healing can work only if you begin to trust your own judgment. We have been told for so long how to do everything, we have forgotten how to listen and pay attention to our own bodies. This will come back and when it does, enjoy it. You will know when and how to reduce the potencies based on how you feel.

Calming the nervous system may prove very beneficial to those with a nervous constitution including herbs like Chamomile, PassionFlower and Valerian. The tissue salt Kali Phosphate helps to nourish the nervous system and can be used as often as needed.

Physical symptoms of an Acid Stomach
Acidic conditions can manifest in the physical body as gas and heartburn.

Negative emotions that aggravate an acid stomach
Fears and anxieties affect the acid level of the body. People who have chronic acid issues tend to have a nervous constitution. The fear flowers are: Aspen, Cherry Plum, Larch, Mimulus, Red Chestnut, Rock Rose, and White Chestnut.

A person with a nervous constitution may also lean toward the flower essence Vervain. The Vervain personality focuses on one particular issue and tends to handle them with stress and tension. When the vervain personality gets on a mission, they have a hard time letting go of it. They waste energy by putting out more than they actually have. Vervain is actually an exhaustion flower. The exhaustion comes from wasting our limited resources on only one issue.Linda Wojcik, Nutritional Kinesiologist, Spiritual Intuitive, Flower Practitionerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04251077534080796063noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6236727520969852036.post-22587457126515494862008-12-07T19:11:00.001-05:002012-08-24T11:13:00.275-04:00The Skeletal SystemThe bone structure of the body allows flexibility and strength. When we clog our joints, we limit our selves and our ability to move.

Foods to avoid to heal the Skeletal System
Avoid foods that can clog the system including refined flours and sugars, hydrogenated oil, cow dairy products, caffeine and chocolate, and artificial ingredients including artificial sweeteners. It is imperative that the digestive system is working properly for the skeletal system to remain clean and healthy (see the section on healing the liver/spleen, gall bladder, bladder and kidneys and stomach).

Herbs and supplements that are beneficial to the Skeletal System
There are many herbs used traditionally to help with inflammation of the joints. Some of these include ginger, turmeric, bromelain, capsicum or cayenne, and stinging nettle. There is a lot of talk lately about Glucosamine Chondroitin as being helpful for joint pain. I find that the liquid formulas will help relieve some of the digestive problems associated with the pill form. And our customers have had great results using Natures Plus Glucosamine Chondroitin w/MSM cream externally.

A high Magnesium to Calcium ration supplement can also be helpful. I find that some people with joint pain may be deficient in one of these supplements. The problem comes from the inability to absorb the nutrients, which essentially comes from an unhealthy digestive system. Therefore, healing the digestive system is essential to healing joint health. Zinc and Potassium can also play a role in healthy joints. Increasing nuts and seeds in the diet can also increase these nutrients. Bitter greens and fresh green herbs can also be helpful.

The tissue salt Ferrum Phosphate helps with inflammatory conditions has proven very helpful in helping to calm inflamed joints.
Flax oil supplements help to lubricate joints.

Physical symptoms of Skeletal Imbalances
Physical symptoms of clogged joints can include pain, swelling and immobility.

Negative emotions that aggravate an Skeletal System
The joints hold the emotion of guilt. Guilt stops us in our tracks from becoming who we are. Thereby, it also stops us in our tracks in the physical body creating the manifestation of immobility in our joints. The flower essence for guilt is Pine.Linda Wojcik, Nutritional Kinesiologist, Spiritual Intuitive, Flower Practitionerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04251077534080796063noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6236727520969852036.post-45473049402667810272008-12-07T19:09:00.000-05:002012-08-24T11:00:35.525-04:00The PancreasThe pancreas can get very complicated as it can create serious conditions that I am not in a position to deal with. However, remember that the pancreas controls our sugars and if you are finding yourself craving sugars or carbohydrates more than you should, there are some things you can do to help with this condition. Balancing a proper diet is the most important way to heal this body part.

The foods to avoid to heal the Pancreas
Eliminate white refined sugars and honey from your diet. Instead replace with the good sugars...switch to more complex sugars including pure maple syrup, barley malt, rice malt, molasses, sucanat, organic pure cane juice crystals or stevia. Your pancreas will thank you. Decrease carbohydrates to one or two per day and increase proteins like beans, nuts & seeds as well as chicken, turkey or fish. Protein in the form of goat or sheep milk products such as cheeses, yogurts or milks is very good for this body type. Limit your fruit intake to two per day, preferably once in the morning and once at night. Eat lots and lots of fresh vegetables. This is essential to feeling full and not feeling as though your are missing something in life. Use only high quality oils such as Extra Virgin Olive Oil. If you have a hard time gaining weight, using a protein drink with soy milk or goat milk can also help.

Herbs & supplements that are beneficial to the Pancreas
Chromium seems to be the product of choice for the pancreas. You can also find sugar craver's formulas that seem to work very well for many people who have uncontrollable cravings for sugars and carbohydrates.

Physical Symptoms of Pancreas Imbalance
Besides sugar cravings, those with a pancreas imbalance also may crave carbohydrates. Sugar imbalances can create two different body types… one that stores and becomes obese; another that is tall and lanky looking, and finds it hard to put weight on.

Negative emotions that aggravate the Pancreas
The pancreas is affected by the same emotions as the bladder and kidneys, namely disappointments, which is why one will affect the other. More specifically, this body part holds the emotion of disappointment with other's choices. The lesson comes from learning to accept with no expectations. This is one of our hardest lessons in life. But when you learn to balance this energy from disappointment to acceptance, you will find that everything that you do get in life will be given as a gift. That which we receive that has not expectation attached to it becomes pure joy and appreciation.

For those with sugar cravings, the Agrimony flower can help balance this emotional dysfunction.
Vervain can also be useful for a person who handles situations with stress and tension, thereby using sugars or carbohydrates as a calming device.Linda Wojcik, Nutritional Kinesiologist, Spiritual Intuitive, Flower Practitionerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04251077534080796063noreply@blogger.com17tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6236727520969852036.post-83032886712953050382008-12-07T19:07:00.000-05:002008-12-07T19:08:32.889-05:00Muscular SystemThe muscular system affords us movement and mobility. Along with the muscles, the ligaments and tendons are involved in this system. Sometimes it is hard to distinguish between a ligament and a bone when pain is involved in the area of the joints.

The foods to avoid to heal the Muscular System
Healing the muscular system is dependent upon our ability to digest and absorb. Therefore, a healthy digestive system is imperative to keep our muscles strong, mobile and pain free. (See the sections on healing the Liver/Spleen, gall bladder, kidneys, bladder and stomach.) Foods that are essential to eat are those high in calcium, magnesium, zinc and potassium. You will find nuts and seeds can be beneficial in all of these nutrients, especially almonds, sesame seeds and poppy seeds. Dark leafy bitter greens as well as fresh green herbs can help keep an adequate supply of these nutrients in the body. It is important to introduce a little of any of these foods daily into the diet. Seeds play an important role in our healing process and are not given the attention they deserve on a daily basis.

Herbs & supplements that are beneficial to the Muscular System
Magnesium and Calcium are essential to muscular health along with zinc and potassium. I believe we can get an adequate supply of these nutrients in our food if we are digesting properly. That is key to health. For those who experience muscular pain, a supplement of magnesium, or higher magnesium to calcium ratio, may be very helpful to get any deficiencies back into balance.
The tissue salt, Magnesium Phosphate, helps to nourish the muscular system. The tissue salt, Natrum Mur, might also be helpful if the sodium to potassium ratio is out of balance. This could cause swelling and cravings for salty foods. Muscular weakness can be a symptom of Natrum Mur deficiency.

Physical Symptoms of Muscular Imbalance
Muscular weakness and muscular pain, cramping and shooting or darting pains in the muscular system can all be indication of an imbalance in the muscular system.
Negative emotions that aggravate Muscular System

The muscular system holds the emotion of intolerance. The flower essence for intolerance is usually Beech. The Beech personality type is easily irritated, critical and judgmental. Sometimes the Beech personality directs this energy at everyone he/she meets; others may direct it at one individual; still others may direct it at themselves. Those who direct it more inwardly will usually experience greater concentrations of pain within the system.

The negative Beech personality often manifests in the 5th chakra area as neck and shoulder pain and stiffness. The Beech personality may also manifest throat pain, laryngitis, tightening of the jaw, teeth and gum problems.Linda Wojcik, Nutritional Kinesiologist, Spiritual Intuitive, Flower Practitionerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04251077534080796063noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6236727520969852036.post-17873048434808771662008-12-07T19:05:00.000-05:002008-12-07T19:06:45.471-05:00Mucus MembranesSinus, Bronchial, Ear and Lung Infections

It seems that every time you turn around, someone is complaining about a sinus infection, a cold, or bronchial infection. Most of us will have our excuses in order… pollen, mold, dust, etc. But no one seems to understand what the language our bodies are really trying to tell us. Depending upon where the clogging takes place in the mucus membranes, a person can begin to "see" what the emotion or energetic imbalance is speaking to.

The foods to avoid to heal the Mucus Membranes
For chronic sinus or bronchial problems, avoid all cow dairy, oranges and orange juice. Both produce mucous. This is extremely important when beginning healing no matter how young or how old. Goat, sheep, soy or rice milk products can be subsituted for cow dairy. Be conscious of soy, however, as it too can be an allergen to some people.

For babies with chronic ear or sinus infections, if the mother is nursing she also should avoid these foods. A baby who is using a formula with a cow milk base should substitute with a soy formula. If soy is also a problem (which it can be in some cases) goats milk is very digestible as it is closest to mother's milk. However, goat milk is deficient in folic acid, so a folic acid supplement must be added to the diet in order to avoid folic acid deficiency. I often recommend to dilute the goat milk with 1/2 pure spring water which seems to work well for most babies. This is also helpful for children who can't seem to gain weight. The fat in goat's milk is a very good source for young children in need of good fats.

Eliminate regular wheat or white breads and substitute with sourdough or sprouted grain breads. Both are much more digestible to the body, thereby reducing mucous production.
Oranges and orange juice can also product mucus. Substitute with other choices such as grapefruit or lemon.

Herbs & supplements that are beneficial to Mucus Membranes
My favorite combination for this problem is Elderberry/Echinacea/Goldenseal combination. Many times, by taking one capsule three times a day for a few days will help to bring about relief. I always recommend slowly backing down to twice a day for a week or two and eventually just once a day until you are sure it is gone completely.

Elderberry, Echinacea and Goldenseal also come in tincture form for the younger children. It's safe and effective.

There are many homeopathic remedies that are combinations called (not surprisingly) "Sinus". Different ones work for different people so you will have to find the one that suits your needs.
Kali Mur is a tissue salt that can be helpful for chronic sinus issues. Kali Mur helps with sluggish conditions in the body, especially white discharges affecting the skin and mucus membranes. Coughs, colds, sore throats, bronchitis.. all illnesses associated with the mucus membranes may respond well to doses of Kali Mur.

If your sinus problems seem to be more associated with pollen or seasonal allergies that are aggravated with sneezing and watery eyes (more noticeable during the spring and fall only). Nettles and eyebright are the two herbs that are more apt to give you relief. Quercetin has been noted as effective for relieving these symptoms. The tissue salt Natrum Mur is also very effective for watery conditions especially if it is associated with lots of bouts of sneezing.

Physical symptoms of Mucus Membrane imbalances
When clogged the mucus membranes can cause sinus infections, ear infections, sore throats, headaches, lung infections and bronchial infections.

Negative emotions that aggravate the Mucus Membranes
Resentment is stored in the mucus membranes of the body. The flower essence for resentment is Willow. Dependent upon where the symptoms manifest in the body, a person can begin to zone into what their specific issues may be that may need healing.

Chicory can also play a role in resentment, more specifically associated with the victim menality role. These people tend to focus on what they don't have in life instead of what they do; they feel unappreciated; and often times end a positive statement with a "but" at the end.

Sinus more specifically relates to the resentments that come from abundance issues, in other words, focusing on what we don't have instead of what we do have. The positive aspect of sinus comes from appreciating that which we have in our lives.
The bronchial tubes hold the emotion of resentments of our own insecurities. In this energy, we focus more time on what we don't like about ourselves instead of what we do like about ourselves.

The lungs hold the energy of resentment from relationship issues. This is a very deep resentment. Most often the bronchial tubes will protect the lungs, but when we hold our resentments deep, even the bronchial tubes will have a hard doing their job.

Let's talk a minute about chronic ear infections in this country. Many, many times, these ear infections will begin when a day care is started because the mother has to return to work. It is easy at this point to blame the other children in the center giving the child a germ or disease. Let's look instead to the possibility that the child may be resentful of being left in the care of strangers. They may be resentful of being taken from the mother. Hence, the imbalance of resentment may come from the child focusing on not having his mother available.Linda Wojcik, Nutritional Kinesiologist, Spiritual Intuitive, Flower Practitionerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04251077534080796063noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6236727520969852036.post-20081800374274913262008-12-07T19:02:00.000-05:002008-12-07T19:04:14.393-05:00The Liver and SpleenThe liver and the spleen are our filtration systems. This system's main function is to keep poisons from entering the body, which includes environmental chemicals and food source chemicals. In order to have a healthy filtration system, we have to keep it free of products that clog it. When the filtration system is clogged, you may feel very tired. You may have rashes that come out through the skin because the body will use the skin as a filtration system when the liver and spleen are stuck. A clogged liver and/or spleen can create a feeling of exhaustion as well as a feeling of flu-like symptoms. Another symptom of an unhealthy filtration system can be recognized as inability to think and focus. Pains and infections can also be a part of liver/spleen issues including headaches and sinus infections.

The foods to avoid to heal the Liver and Spleen
Avoid water that is treated with any chemical (this includes almost all public water systems). Make certain that your well is healthy. Water is our most important resource and we should drink four to six cups daily. Dark colored sodas should also be avoided.
Artificial sweeteners are chemicals and have to utilize the liver in order to get through the system. Natural sweeteners are a much better choice to the body including pure maple syrup, barley or rice malt, sucanat, Florida cane crystals, molasses, agave and the herb stevia. As a matter of fact, diabetics do exceptionally well on stevia and agave. (Word of caution, however. I find that the actual herb Stevia works best here. There are many processed stevias that don't test as well. The herb stevia is a green color).

Other artificial ingredients should also be avoided like colors and preservatives in food. They serve no purpose except to aggravate our filtration system.

Environmental chemicals should be limited. These include poisons, chemical fertilizers, polishers, chemical cleaners, and harsh perfumes. Basically, anything that has a chemical smell can do damage to an already over-burdened liver and spleen.

Not all, but many medications are filtered through the liver. Make sure you are familiar with side effects of drugs that you may be using.

Herbs & supplements that are beneficial to the Liver and Spleen
My favorite two herbs that help to de-clog the liver and spleen are dandelion root, burdock root or yellow dock root. I know that most people use Milk Thistle, but for the general cleaning in the beginning, dandelion root, burdock root and yellow dock seem to work more effectively. Burdock root and yellow dock root are more potent and should be considered when skin problems have erupted, as this is a clear indication that the clogging is considerable, or for people who have abused their liver over long periods of time. Dandelion root and yellow dock root are available in tea, capsule or tincture form. Milk thistle can be introduced after cleansing to help strengthen the liver/spleen area. Yellow dock root also helps detoxify the lymphatic system. It is helpful for chronic sinus and mucus membrane problems.

If the liver/spleen is very toxic, as you begin a detoxification program, you may feel ill for a day or two (something like you). If this should happen, begin very slowly, such as 1/4 cup of tea for a day or two and increasing slowly up to a full cup by the end of the week. If you are using a tincture, begin with one drop and work slowly up to five drops within a week or two. The important thing to remember is this is your healing journey and you can adjust it as you see fit. Red Clover can also be beneficial as a detoxifying herb especially when hormonal issues are also evident.

For very toxic systems, Michael's Products makes a few combination formulas that test out very well including one called L.V.R. and the other called Hepatic Factors. With severe digestive disorders, a tincture may be more appropriate to help get the herbs into the system more effective. Herb Pharm makes a combination called "Healthy Liver" that I often use in this case. When working with children, Herb Pharm makes a Dandelion Root Glycerite tincture that is safe and effective for all ages as well as pregnant moms.

Physical symptoms of Liver and Spleen imbalances
The most common complaints from those with liver and spleen imbalances include "I can't think or focus". An imbalance in this area will definitely aggravate our ability to learn, think or focus properly. Exhaustion can also come into play here along with the feelings of flu symptoms and skin rashes. Any skin rash is an indication of liver and/or spleen imbalance, including poison ivy! Do you ever notice how some people are so allergic to it and other's never get it.
Headaches and mucus membrane issues can signify liver/spleen imbalances.

Negative emotions that aggravate the Liver and Spleen
The liver is where we store our anger and frustration, so in order to heal a liver, you must work on transforming your anger back to joy. There are many reasons for anger, and the flowers that would assist can also be many. The anger flowers include: Agrimony, Beech, Chicory, Holly, Impatiens, Vine, Water Violet and Willow (refer to our website on "healing the emotions with flower essences.)

Our spleen stores our resentment and bitterness. The spleen is directly connected to our lymphatic system which in turn connects us to our mucus membranes. Hence, resentments eventually manifest in the sinus/broncial areas of the body. So in order to heal a chronic spleen condition, you must also heal your old resentments and bitterness. The flower essence for resentment and bitterness is Willow. Also, Chicory can be indicated for sinus/bronchial issues when the person is in a state of feeling victimized.

The flower essence Beech is helpful with throat issues especially swollen glands and sore throats.Linda Wojcik, Nutritional Kinesiologist, Spiritual Intuitive, Flower Practitionerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04251077534080796063noreply@blogger.com60tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6236727520969852036.post-10225921993405832132008-12-07T18:56:00.000-05:002008-12-07T18:59:28.267-05:00The Immune systemI guess I am amazed that every new 90's disease that came about was a breakdown of the immune system. For some reason we have to give it a fancy name, but the results are still the same - the immune system is not working properly. If we are to survive into the next millenium, we must get our immune systems back. We are under the impression that we are not to blame for these problems. We want to point our fingers at insects and bacteria; we force ourselves to be immunized against everything we could possibly get. We refuse to allow our immune systems to function, and so they don't. I believe it is as simple as that. We have chosen not to trust ourselves.

Our childhood diseases are the ways in which we stimulate our own immune systems, instead we refuse to recognize that we have a very high survival rate for any disease we encounter. I am much more afraid of what someone may put into my body and much less afraid of what I might catch. If I catch something, I catch it on my own. It is my body's decision to do so. I am in control of it. I will take responsibility for it. For me, it is as simple as that. I want the right of choice. There are ways to ensure your immune system can survive into the next millenium. First and foremost:

Make sure you deal with your yeast (see our section on Candida). Make sure your digestion is working properly. Allow your immune system to fight off infection before you run to take a drug. If you feel your immune system is unable to fight off infection or disease on its own, then only you should make that determination. You should educate yourself to any possible side affects that may occur from the use of a drug. Ultimately, you are responsible for anything you put into your body.

Surround yourself with good thoughts. Positive energy promotes positive outcomes. Don't stress out your physical and emotional bodies. This is a sure-fire way to bring on an illness. It is your body's greatest defense against you! You are in control of yourself whether or not you want to admit it.

The foods to avoid to heal the Immune System
Today's fast food, chemically-laden foods are playing havoc with our immune systems. The truth is, we are beings that survive very well on food that is supplied by the Earth. So it is imperative to eliminate all foods that have been laced with chemicals or artificial ingredients. This also includes all foods that have chemical sweeteners added to them. Also, all foods that contain hydrogenated oils should be eliminated as well as all refined foods.

For those with compromised immune systems, organic would be my first preference. If you do not have the resources for organic, the next best thing is to eat whole and fresh foods as much as possible. This includes whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, beans, nuts and seeds, as well as pure extra virgin olive oil (I prefer Greek or Italian for quality). Yogurts with friendly bacteria would also be helpful. Goat yogurt would be my preference even before cow or soy yogurt. Many people do very well with a little meat every day. My preferences would be chicken, turkey or fish unless you raise your own red meats and know what has gone into them. Again, I would insist on organic or free-range meats and eggs to ensure quality and purity.

Herbs & supplements that are beneficial to stimulating the Immune System
Everyone's favorite is Echinacea, although astragulus and schizandra should also be on the list, as well as Pau D'Arco. Elderberry also is touted as an immune enhancing herb and has been noted in studies to help combat viral infections. Olive Leaf is making great strides in getting the immune system stimulated. Medicinal mushroom formulas are helpful along with formulas that are immune stimulants. Two of my favorites are Natures Plus Immune Action and Country Life's Echinacea+. Both formulas work to help support a healthy immune system. Herb Pharm makes a great immune formula that I have seen wonderful results for those who can't seem to break an illness cycle called Echinacea-Baptisia Compound, which contains Echinacea, Wild Indigo Root, Thuja, Boneset Leaf and Prickly Ash.

When everyone is getting ill around me or when I feel the beginning of a cold entering my throat (this is where you will usually feel it first), I start to pop Natures Herbs Elderberry/Echinacea/Goldenseal formula. Most of the time, if I use this formula as a preventative, I won't catch anything! Find out what works best for you and use it. I also like Hebron Echinacea Drops to help sooth a raw, raspy throat.
Or course, Vitamin A and Vitamin C should also be considered to help enhance immune activity.
Please note that the immune system cannot do its job without the help of our digestive systems. So getting them in order is also essential to healing. See this section on Liver/Spleen, Gall Bladder, Stomach and Bladder.

Physical symptoms of a compromised Immune System
A compromised immune system can create many diseases, but often the first signs are the inability to fight off any infections, exhaustion, and the inability to handle simple stress in our lives.

Negative emotions that aggravate the Immune System
Fear is the greatest threat to our immune systems. And it seems to me that we use this emotion to control others. We are in fear of getting something if we do not immunize ourselves. We are in fear of getting cancer if we don't follow the procedures, we are in fear ????

Replace your fear with trust. Trust that you know who you are and how you will heal yourself. All of these fears are based around the fears of the unknown. They are the "what-if" fears. The flower for unknown fears is our old friend "Aspen".

Anger is another emotion that can compromise the immune system especially when we let it go on for long periods of time without the ability to forgive and move on. The anger flowers are: Agrimony, Beech, Chicory, Holly, Impatiens, Vine, Water Violet and Willow (refer to our website on "healing the emotions with flower essences.)Linda Wojcik, Nutritional Kinesiologist, Spiritual Intuitive, Flower Practitionerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04251077534080796063noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6236727520969852036.post-61846892639981239632008-12-07T18:49:00.000-05:002015-06-30T06:29:38.458-04:00Heart and Circulatory SystemThe heart is our center for feeling, loving, nurturing, forgiveness. It is essential we all practice these techniques. For some of us, it is much harder than it sounds. I don't have all the answers to heal a heart, but what I do know is that you have all the answers on how to heal your heart. And most likely it will come from how you deal with your emotions. I find so many heart chakras that are imbalanced. It is our greatest defense against dealing with issues that we should feel. Instead, we avoid and hide from them.

What we are learning is that the heart has a brain. We are not taught to use the brain of the heart.. we are not taught to feel. We are taught to think and thinking can create a lot of worry, stress, trauma. If we learn to by-pass the brain (which is where we create our mental torments), and send these thoughts to our heart, our heart will surround the thoughts with love thereby transforming them from negative to positive. Practice using your heart to think.

When we bring our thoughts to our hearts where we can feel them and then attach our desires to our thoughts and feelings, we are able to create joy in our lives.

Our life experiences will teach us that feeling bad is simply a way in which we can one day appreciate feeling good. Life experiences are up and down - positive and negative. You cannot have one without the other. But what we learn from the negative experiences is that we truly want to encourage the positive ones to surround us for the majority of our time. And from the negative, we learn how to maintain the positive.

Practice sending love and light to every person you meet each day. It is the greatest way to get your heart to open. The more you do it, the better you will get at it, and eventually you won't have to practice this technique at all - it will become a way of life for you.

There will be many people who will suggest many healing methods to get the heart healthy. But the most important thing you do is what you put into your mouth daily. What I have learned most about the heart is that our digestive system will use the heart to store any excess food or drink we cannot absorb or eliminate properly.

In order to maintain a healthy heart and circulatory system, the following steps are easy to take: Make sure your digestive system is in proper working order. When this system is not working to potential, the body cannot digest and absorb properly and so it will use the heart to store instead. This is definitely what you don't want to happen!

Foods to avoid to heal the Heart and Circulatory System:
Avoid foods with hydrogenated oils, and yes, once you begin reading labels, you are going to find out that they are in lots of things you eat. Fried food also needs to be eliminated. Avoid pork as it is very hard to digest.

Change from cow dairy products to rice milk, almond milk, coconut milk, sheep or goat dairy products including milk, cheese, ice cream, yogurt, sour creams, etc. Everything today is available and everything tastes good as well!

When eating meats keep the following in mind. A healthy digestive system can handle 4 oz. of red meat per meal; 5 oz. of chicken or turkey per meal; and 6-7 oz. of fish per meal. You should limit your meat proteins to once per day. An unhealthy digestive system may not be able to handle any!
Introduce beans into your diet daily. Two cups of beans per day along with 1 oz. of nut and 1 oz of seed will supply your body with the good proteins and fats necessary to stay healthy. Change your cooking oils to extra virgin olive oil (we like Greek or Italian for quality). Your heart will love you for it.

Add organic lecithin granules to your diet every morning. One to two teaspoons daily will help to keep those arteries clean, along with ground flax seeds.

And of course, walk, run, garden, exercise… movement that makes you happy will make your heart happy. Smile and laugh a lot. This type of exercise goes right to the heart!

Herbs and supplements that are beneficial to the Heart and Circulatory System:
There are many herbs that can help to cleanse the arteries. Some of my favorites include: Dandelion to keep the gall bladder healthy. In turn, a healthy gall bladder helps to create a healthy heart. They are all connected! Hawthorne berries help to strengthen the heart muscles. Burdock and red clover are blood cleansers.

Michael's Naturopathic products makes a wonderful blood cleanser called "Blood Cleanser". How appropriate! Another Michael's formula that may be helpful is called "Heart Factors" which contains many of the supplements and herbs to heal a heart.

Grape seed extract helps to keep the blood flowing. Lecithin helps keep the arteries clean. Vitamin E strengthens the heart and helps keep it clean. (Seeds are our food source of vitamin E.) Many studies indicate that CoQ10 helps keep the heart healthy.

Many of my clients have found that Magnesium is also essential to a healthy heart. You can find magnesium in food sources such as sesame seeds, poppy seeds, almonds, dark leafy greens and fresh green herbs. With one client, simply adding Hawthorne with magnesium, along with dietary changes of course, helped bring reduce her blood pressure significantly.

Physical symptoms of Heart and Circulatory Imbalances:
An unhealthy heart will create an inability to exercise and breathe properly. Under great stress, you might feel pain or palpitations just above the breast on the heart side. Of course, the most serious side effects of an unhealthy heart would be the heart attack. But if we learn to listen to our early warning signals, we may be able to change an unhealthy heart to one that is strong and happy.

When the circulatory system is clogged, many people will feel numbness, tingling and coldness of the outer extremities.Negative emotions that aggravate the Heart & Circulatory System
The emotion that affects our heart and circulatory system the most is worry. Many people don't even recognize their worry. They do recognize, however, that their mind is constantly thinking and never resting. Ultimately, this does equate to worry. Turning worry to trust is essential to healing. If we can trust that everything is the way it needs to be, there would be nothing to worry about.

The flower essence I use most often to help heal the circulatory system is called White Chestnut. The White Chestnut personality has a mind that does not stop thinking; it jumps from one thought to another. It sometimes keeps the person from going to sleep or may wake in the middle of the night and not be able to fall asleep.

The flower essence Honeysuckle may also be helpful in that it allows us to release ourselves from the past, instead focussing our energy in present time. Willow is often used to transform our bitterness and resentments back to forgiveness and joy. And in order to learn to love ourselves, we must first forgive ourselves.

Agrimony is another flower that could help with issues of the heart. We classify Agrimony as an anger flower, but it begins with mental torment that turns to anger in the system. The agrimony personality type often finds it necessary to abuse them selves. And with self abuse comes a lack of self love.

Stress and tension also play a role in heart health. Learning to put a little energy into each action or mission is a huge improvement over the Vervain personality who puts way too much stress and tension into any mission they undertaken.

The most important thing we can do to begin healing our heart is to begin loving ourselves. We cannot love others unless we love ourselves. We are mirrors in which we project. Larch is the flower that works on our self-esteem and our ability to become confidant in who we are.Linda Wojcik, Nutritional Kinesiologist, Spiritual Intuitive, Flower Practitionerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04251077534080796063noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6236727520969852036.post-84320512802693859092008-12-07T18:47:00.001-05:002017-09-22T12:55:43.057-04:00Gall BladderOur gall bladder is essential to digestion, although the way people have them removed, it seems hard to believe. It begins the digestion and absorption for the rest of the body to be nourished. When the gall bladder is not working properly, there is usually a feeling of fullness after eating - that stuffed and stuck feeling. If it gets really bad, you may even feel gall bladder pain in the back of the body. When the digestion is extremely poor, you may begin to experience reflux. This is also a gall bladder symptom. Many times when people believe they have pulled out their back, it may be the gall bladder has been abused. If they think about it, they'll find they have been eating a lot of foods lately that aggravate the poor gall bladder.
Other symptoms of gall bladder may be irritating gas symptoms. If very little bile is being produced the body may discharge the food through the system very quickly creating diarrhea instead of bloating. Food that is not digested properly can cause bowel movements with strong odors.

In America, this organ is definitely overworked. And when the gall bladder is not working correctly, the arteries suffer. The gall bladder will use the arteries to store the fats and cholesterol if is unable to digest. As the nurturing area cleans up, so do the arteries. It's amazing how this body works!

The foods to avoid to heal the Gall Bladder:
No fried food, no hydrogenated oils, no pork, no COW cheese. Substitute with good quality oils (read labels) including extra virgin olive oil, (we prefer Greek or Italian for quality), avocado oil, organic and unrefined oils including sunflower, sesame or safflower. Make sure the products you purchase contain good oils - read labels! Substitute your cheese with soy, rice, sheep or goat cheese. These do not seem to affect the gall bladder. Avoid walnuts & roasted cashews, as both are high in oils. If the gall bladder is very bad, all seeds & nuts may need to be avoided for a few weeks until such time as the gall bladder cleans itself out.

Herbs & supplements that are beneficial to the Gall Bladder: Again, my favorites for this area include dandelion, burdock root and yellow dock root. They do a wonderful job with the whole nurturing center. If you have doubts, always start with a tea first as it is less potent than the capsules, or try the tincture where you can start slowly with one drop and work you way upward to five drops per day. Drinking pure water with a little fresh lemon may also be helpful to detoxify this area.

Physical symptoms of the Gall Bladder: A gall bladder that is not functioning to its fullest potential can create many physical symptoms, including bloating, burping, gas, and reflux. The gall bladder can also create a pain in the lower back if it gets really out of control as well as diarrhea. Watching for physical symptoms especially after eating the foods that aggravate this area will give you a clear indication of what you are dealing with.

Negative emotions that aggravate the Gall Bladder:
The gall bladder is where we store our fear, our worries and our anxieties, especially fears of making mistakes, fear of the wrong decision, fear of rejection or fears of failure. It's no wonder so many are taken out. We have become professionals in surrounding ourselves in our fears. In order to overcome your fears, you have to jump right in and face them. The flowers help us to learn how to do this.

The two flower essences used for these types of fear are: Aspen for unknown fears and Mimulus for known fears. Larch is also often used for gall bladder issues especially if the person is afraid to fail in life or afraid of rejection. The gall bladder also holds the energy of self-esteem.
Larch can be a funny personality type. On the outside, they may seem confident and secure, but they may set such high standards that if they make a mistake, they beat themselves up for it.

These personality types tend to have a very sensitive digestive system.Linda Wojcik, Nutritional Kinesiologist, Spiritual Intuitive, Flower Practitionerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04251077534080796063noreply@blogger.com13tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6236727520969852036.post-48150304244539669112008-12-07T18:44:00.000-05:002008-12-07T18:46:15.686-05:00Female Hormonal OrgansOne of the biggest complaints from women today is hormone imbalance. Young children's periods are inconsistent. Some constantly seem to have their periods; others never seem to get one. The cycle is way out of balance. Women are having a harder and harder time getting pregnant. Cysts are rampant and endometriosis is more common than not. And let's not forget pre-menopause, menopause and post-menopause. There are way too many symptoms to even think about.

Does anyone question what is truly going on here? Our cycles are way out of balance. What I realize is that our lives are continually cycling no matter what our age. And all of our glands and organs play a significant role in ensuring that these cycles are gentle. When you have PMS problems and/or menopausal problems, our bodies are simply telling us that are organs and glands that keep us in balance are out of balance. We need to think about getting them back into balance. To get your body back into balance quickly and efficiently, it is essential to deal with a yeast problem if you believe you have one (see our section on Candida). Make sure your glands & organs are functioning properly (see the sections on Liver/Spleen, Gall Bladder, Bladder, and Stomach).

The foods to avoid to heal Hormones Imbalances:
Avoid meat and dairy products that contain growth hormones (these simply add fuel to the fire). If you choose to eat meat, free range or organic is your safest choice. Products made from goat or sheep milk is also usually safe. Increase beans in your diet especially black beans and soybeans
Herbs & supplements that are beneficial to balancing Female Hormones:
Two products that seem to work consistently well to help balance female hormones are Herb Pharm's Vitex-Black Cohosh Formula and Black Cohosh-Licorice Compound. Natures Plus Soy Isoflavones has been helpful as well as Natures Plus Menotrol Formula which is a combination of soy isoflavones and black cohosh. Black Cohosh almost always makes its way into hormonal formulas. Natra-Bio also makes a homeopathic formula called "Menopause" that might prove helpful for some. For PMS symptoms, Natra-Bio PMS may help. I often suggest Chastetree Berry for irregular periods which is very safe and effective for the teenage group.
Menopause symptoms that don't respond well to either of the above sometimes respond well to Progesterone Cream. Country Life makes a wonderful cream called Feminique that has proven results. Of course, there are many products out there that may work for you. These are simply the ones I see consistently working for many. Without the ability to test individually, you will have to rely on the old hit and miss formula. Trust that you will know within one or two month's time if something is working for you or not. You might not see complete results, but things will change and you will know. Trust and pay attention.

For those who experience cramping, Herb Pharm makes a formula called Helonios-Viburnum Compound that contains False Unicorn, Squaw Vine, Cramp Bark, Blue Cohosh and Ginger. It helps with any pains or cramping in the uterine area. The tissue salt Magnesium Phosphate may also prove helpful. The flower essence that I have seen help with cramping is Beech as Beech helps to calm the muscular system.

Physical symptoms of Hormonal Imbalances:
The physical symptoms of a hormonal imbalance are exhaustion as well as crying. Menopausal and/or PMS symptoms are usually extremely pronounced.
Negative emotions that aggravate the Hormonal Organs:
The hormonal organs hold the emotion of depression. Doesn't it make sense now why so many may feel depressed during this time of month? If we hold this emotion from an old memory cell, when our hormonal organs go into full swing, the emotion will come to full view. So healing depression is essential to healing hormonal imbalances.
The flower I see most that helps with this issue is called "Mustard". The mustard depression comes and goes. It is like a black cloud that follows you around. The person usually does not even know why they are depressed. Depression manifests in the physical body as exhaustion, crying and hormonal imbalances.

Gentian is another flower that might prove helpful. It is the flower for discouragement. Discouragement comes from feeling as though a person takes two steps forward and three steps backward. They have a hard time moving on from small set backs in life. If you can relate to this emotion, Gentian might help.

Lastly, I often work with Walnut. Walnut is the flower for changes and transitions in life. What I have learned is that those who have easy hormonal transitional times are those who also enjoy changes in their lives. Hormones are related to changes. As spiritual beings, we are here to experience change in life. Change creates excitement. Those who choose to stay "stuck" in old patterns or beliefs may also find that their hormonal problems are created through these belief patterns. In this case, walnut would be extremely beneficial in helping to move through hormonal imbalances.

Walnut also relates to individuals who are strong in personality but can be easily influenced by another whose energy is even stronger. Walnut allows us to break away from these powerful influences allowing us to make changes in our lives that benefit our self.Linda Wojcik, Nutritional Kinesiologist, Spiritual Intuitive, Flower Practitionerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04251077534080796063noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6236727520969852036.post-48930295523714950482008-12-07T18:41:00.001-05:002012-08-24T11:06:21.263-04:00Bladder and KidneysThe urinary system eliminates excess water from the body. What amazes me when speaking to people is that they believe they need to drink gallons of water a day; and by doing this, they find they are always in the bathroom or have to get up during the night to eliminate water. Does this make sense to you?

The average person requires six to eight cups of water daily. By drinking excessive water, you are putting your urinary system under stress all day. It needs a chance to rest. You could not eat all day without aggravating your digestive system. The same is true of your urinary system. If you do a lot of exercise or have a job where you do a lot of sweating, more water might be called for, but your body will let you know. You will be thirsty! When you are thirsty, always drink pure spring water, avoid city water or purified waters that are sold in stores. A cup of water is necessary upon rising from sleep in order to re-hydrate the system; then 3/4 cup at a time will keep the system flushed and hydrated throughout the day.

The foods to avoid to heal the Bladder and Kidneys:
Caffeine aggravates the bladder and kidney. Get off the caffeine! This includes coffee, tea (except for decaffeinated herbal teas), caffeinated sodas and chocolate. I find this is a huge problem for people with urinary problems, but so often people don't want to hear this. They want to fix their chronic urinary problems without giving up the caffeine. Healing does not work this way. By knowing what aggravates the problem brings you a step closer to healing it. This is a reason I have such a hard time with schools serving caffeinated drinks. Although it is a legal drug, it is still a very addictive drug to the system and on top of it, it causes damage to the organs.

White refined sugars also affect the urinary system. Switch to complex sugars including pure maple syrup, barley malt, rice malt, molasses, sucanat, organic pure cane juice crystals, agave or stevia. A much better choice for cooking and sweetening. And your body will thank you! Water imbalances can also cause potassium imbalances. Sunflowers seeds are the most absorbable form of potassium I know. Swelling in the outer extremities may be a call for more potassium. A daily handful of sunflowers seeds (without salt) can be helpful.

Herbs and supplements that are beneficial to the Bladder and Kidneys:
Dandelion acts a diuretic when the body needs to balance its water. It is naturally high in potassium so it solves two problems with one herb. Juniper berries are also helpful as a diuretic. Cranberry helps to heal the urinary tract. Make sure it is pure cranberry free of refined sugars (juice, capsules or tea).

One of my favorite homeopathic combinations for this condition, which usually works quite well, is called Hyland's "Bladder Irritation". Clients have found success with this combination, but the caffeine must be eliminated for it to be effective. The tissue salt Nat Mur 6x potency can also help balance the water system of the body.
Natrum Mur is a tissue salt that is the water balancer of the body. People whose bodies hold on to water and crave salty foods may find this tissue salt helpful. An imbalance in water of the body (either too wet or too dry in any part of the system) may be a clear indication for Natrum Mur.

Physical Symptoms of Bladder and Kidneys:
When a bladder is not functioning properly the most common complaints begin with bloating and frequent urination or the feeling of having to urinate without the ability to do so. Swelling of outer extremities is a cause to heal the urinary system, as well as parts of the body either being too wet or too dry (lips, eyes, skin, etc.) Burning and itching with or without discharge is most often a sign of bladder problems wherein yeast has attached itself to the bladder and is creating havoc.

Negative emotions that aggravate the Bladder and Kidneys:
The bladder holds the emotion of disappointments. Disappointment can be created by a number of negative emotions. So it is important to look at the reasons why the disappointment was created in the first place. Remember, if you have no expectations, you will have no disappointments. When you expect nothing, everything you get becomes a gift. What a wonderful way to go through life. There is no specific flower for disappointments. A flower choice would be more dependent upon the specific emotion that created the disappointment. The bladder area also speaks to relationship issues. People with chronic bladder issues tend to have competitive or victimization issues. There is often a great deal of disappointment that surrounds their relationships with themselves and/or others. In order to heal relationships with others, we must first heal our relationship with the self.

When the energy has moved up into the kidneys (2nd chakra - two!) disappointments are now attached to resentments, bitterness or blame outwardly directed at others.

To heal the Bladder and Kidneys, acceptance of oneself and others is essential.Linda Wojcik, Nutritional Kinesiologist, Spiritual Intuitive, Flower Practitionerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04251077534080796063noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6236727520969852036.post-42310440467838703062008-12-07T18:34:00.001-05:002008-12-07T18:36:45.412-05:00The Adrenal GlandsThe adrenals are our energy and stress system. When we are under a great deal of stress, we will usually blow out our B-complex vitamins which in turn will eventually blow out our adrenal systems, as it is this system that takes over when we are too tired to function, and yet we continue to push ourselves. When your B-vitamins and adrenals have been blown out, symptoms will begin to appear. At first you may feel more tired than usual, eventually looking for a nap in the afternoon. You may find you cannot handle the littlest stress in your life and eventually, you may find you are not able to sleep at night even though you are very exhausted. This deficiency becomes overwhelming to the body and it seems as though you are on a merry-go-round. You are very tired, but cannot sleep, and so you become even more tired and drained. In order to help heal the adrenals, it is imperative to reduce stress in your life as much as possible. Remember healing yourself is your responsibility and although you cannot heal others, you can make conscious decisions in your life as far as what is and what is not acceptable.

The foods to avoid to heal the Adrenals:
Slowly, eliminate caffeine. Remember, with a deficiency of B-vitamins, you will feel very drained and the caffeine seems to give you the boost you need. But it is a false cure, as without continuous caffeine, you become quickly exhausted. Caffeine plays havoc with the adrenals so in the end, you will continue to keep blowing out the adrenals and making the condition worse and worse. So start backing off slowly as you begin to feel better. And the better you begin to feel, the faster you can begin to give up the caffeine. There's nothing better than feeling in control of what you put into your body. If you decide to have caffeine, it will be because you want to, not because you have to. There is a huge difference. It's called being in control of your healing.

Herbs & supplements that are beneficial to the Adrenal System:
A high potency, B complex is essential to ensure the B's are replaced. Licorice root is one of my favorite herbs that help to stimulate the adrenals but should not be used if you tend to have high blood pressure. I don't have that problem and love the effects I get from licorice root. Ginseng is another herb that helps to stimulate the adrenal glands. There are wonderful energy-enhanced teas that combine these two herbs and do a wonderful job getting you going! Green tea (which does contain caffeine) can be used once a day to help get you off the caffeine. This is an acceptable amount as it is very good for the immune system and does do some good to the body, but one cup a day is sufficient. Use ginseng or licorice root tea during other times of the day if you need the stimulation. Bee Pollen is also a good source of energy stimulant as it contains every vitamin, mineral and enzyme we need to live on.

Physical symptoms of a compromised Adrenal System:
The most common complaints of adrenal imbalance is exhaustion and hyperactivity.

Negative emotions that aggravate the Adrenal System:
The adrenals hold the emotion of discouragement, either with oneself or from others. The positive aspect of discouragement is excitement. It is through change and excitement in our lives that the adrenals get stimulated and energy is created. There is one particular flower for discouragement called Gentian, but other flowers could also be called for depending upon other issues that the discouragement may be coming from.Linda Wojcik, Nutritional Kinesiologist, Spiritual Intuitive, Flower Practitionerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04251077534080796063noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6236727520969852036.post-88909607831874028052008-12-07T18:30:00.000-05:002008-12-07T18:32:18.479-05:00Essential Nutritents for HealingDigestion is key to health and with the great American diet, I find many clogged livers, spleens, gall bladders, kidneys, bladders & stomachs. This would account for

It is the B-Complex that handles our energy, our stress levels and our ability to sleep.
